Founder & CEO

Reza Taba is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Centercut Landscape, bringing a multidisciplinary background that spans design, operations, and property management.
Reza holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from UNLV and gained hands-on landscape industry experience with ILM, followed by property management experience at Bridge33, providing him with a strong understanding of both site execution and client needs.
Prior to his professional career, Reza built a foundation in leadership and operations through extensive restaurant management experience, shaping his people-first, execution-driven approach to building Centercut.
Matthew Quispe is the Chief Operating Officer at Centercut Landscape, bringing over a decade of experience in landscape maintenance and operations. His background includes more than two years in property management, giving him a strong understanding of building and site maintenance from the client’s perspective. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from UNLV, which supports his practical, design-informed approach to operational planning and problem-solving.

Amanda Corr is the Vice President of Operations at Centercut Landscape. She has been with the company since its early stages, playing a key role in its growth and operational development.
Amanda began her career at Centercut as an Account Manager and advanced into her current role through a strong focus on efficiency, team leadership, and execution. Prior to joining Centercut, Amanda served as an Operations Manager for a West Coast–based representative group. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from UNLV with a focus on Communication and Advertising.

Nora Teagle is the Controller at Centercut Landscape and has been with the company since 2021, supporting financial integrity and operational excellence. Her professional background spans property management and manufacturing, providing a strong foundation in cost management and process efficiency.
Nora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of South Dakota and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), ensuring Centercut’s financial strategies are built on precision and long-term sustainability.

Spencer Wright is the Operations Analyst for Centercut’s Arbor and Spray Divisions, contributing over 30 years of experience in arboriculture, landscaping, and plant health care. As both an arborist and principal pest control licensee, he focuses on training the Centercut team and advancing plant health practices.

Mark Cummings serves as Centercut’s Quality Assurance & Training Manager, bringing over 45 years of experience in the landscape industry, which began after four years of military service. A Certified Arborist since 1998, he also holds certifications as a Certified Irrigation Auditor and Certified Pool & Spa Operator. Mark is dedicated to promoting safety, proper arbor care, and water conservation throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
